Environmental Sustainability Council leads mangrove cleanup

RE's Environmental Sustainability Council partnered with the middle school swim team on a mangrove cleanup at the upper school on International Coastal Cleanup Day, collecting and disposing of some 125 pounds of trash. Some 40 students and faculty members Jesse Velazquez, John Ermer and Scott Erdmann participated in the service event on September 20, a day after Homecoming 2025.
