Raiders pick up crucial win to celebrate homecoming
Freshman Abbie Zichella 29' led the way with 12 kills, eight digs, and three assists as the Raiders earned a four set victory over Downtown Doral in front of a large homecoming crowd. It was an important match for the Raiders as they currently sit just outside the top eight in the region. Freshman Nalah Picchetti '29 continued her strong play with a team high 24 assists to go along with 16 digs, and four kills. Senior Patty Maxwell '26 had her best game of the season with six kills, and two blocks. The Raiders will now turn their attention to the Palm Beach Classic Tournament this Friday and Saturday as they look to make their push to the postseason.
