Seven Ransom Everglades crew teams earned top results at the 2025 Florida Scholastic Rowing Association Sweep State Championships April 26-27 in Sarasota under coach Tim McAllister. The weekend's highlight was provided by the Boys Varsity 4+ – Vanessa Balson '26 (cox), Mateo Delgado '27, Mario Antonaccio '25, Ethan Sullivan '25 and Colton Seidel '25 – which finished third scholastically and in sixth place overall with a late sprint past two other crews.
The Boys second Varsity 4+ crew raced to eighth place overall and fourth place scholastically.
In Petite Finals, the Boys Junior 4+ claimed fourth place scholastically and ninth overall; the Boys Freshmen 8+ placed 12th overall and sixth scholastically; the Girls first Varsity 4+ finished 11th overall and fourth scholastically; the Girls Freshman 4+ earned 14th overall and sixth scholastically. RE's Girls Junior 4+, finished 14th overall and sixth scholastically.
