Boys lacrosse take two of three in Palm League Tournament

In a loaded field for boys palm league lacrosse, the Raiders picked up two hard fought wins over Miami Country Day and Pinecrest earning a top five finish in the mid season tournament held at Oxbridge Academy. Junior Elijah Ponce '26 combined for four goals and three assists, and senior Reid Rosenberg '25 came up clutch against Pinecrest with two goals and two assistars in a hard fought 8-7 victory. Other offensive standouts included freshman Liam Segal '28 who added two goals and four assists, and junior Wes Barnett '26 scored twice. Junior Jackson Crowley '26 had a huge tournament with 30 saves over three games including mutliple fourth quarter stops against Pinecrest. The Raiders (5-2) will now turn their attention to University School tomorrow night at Robert E. Walker Field. First draw is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
